The free to attend 5^th annual Highlands and Islands Hydrogen Workshop brings together hydrogen professionals and organisations exploring opportunities in Scotland’s Highlands and Islands hydrogen economy.

Organised by Hydrogen Scotland with support from GreenPower International, Highlands & Islands Enterprise, UHI Moray College, and Moray Council, this exclusive event is for HS members and invited guests.

What to Expect: Interactive sessions and extensive networking opportunities with presenters and delegates

Agenda-
Tuesday, 9^th September – 12:30-18:30: A light lunch will be available from 12:30 with networking and opportunities to visit member display stands. The opening session will provide an update on current hydrogen deployments across Scotland and experience with the growing hydrogen supply chain. The first day concludes with a session about local hydrogen production and demand, highlighting key roles for hydrogen, including hard-to-electrify applications and the opportunities with Power-to-X

Wednesday 10^th September – 09:00-13:30: The workshop sessions on the Wednesday morning open with an update on supply chain development and support available for workforce upskilling and retraining. The late morning session includes sustainability and environmental considerations for hydrogen developments, including sustainable water supply and logistics, followed by a networking lunch from 12:30 to 13:30
